A soup made by putting rice in perilla seeds juice and boiling them

Radish, mushroom, and red pepper wrapped with cake made of buckwheat powder

4. Sanchae modeum-namul (assorted wild vegetables)
Seven kinds of wild vegetables dressed with different seasonings

5. Kimchi
Kimchi

6. Lettuce salad
Lettuce salad: lettuce seasoned with soy paste, hot pepper paste and makgeolli (rice wine)

7. Fries
Three kinds of fries made of seasonal vegetables including mushrooms, wild vegetables, and perilla leaves

8. Jeon (fries made of flour and other materials)
Three kinds of fries made of flour, mixed with seasonal materials, including young pumpkin, lotus root, and corn

9. Sanchon japchae (mixed dish of noodle, vegetables and sliced beef or pork)

10. Potatoes boiled in soy sauce
A dish made by boiling small potatoes in soy sauce mixed with starch syrup

11. Goso-namul
Lightly boiled goso, a unique wild vegetable popular among Korean monks, mixed with seasonings (It is available only in the season when the vegetable is produced)

12. Deodeok-muchim
Deodeok, a wild vegetable, dressed with various seasonings

13. Rice
Rice is boiled together with beans, red beans and foxtail millets

14. Jjigae (pot stew)
Jjiegae is made of mushrooms, radish, unripe hot pepper and tofu, mixed with soy paste in water.

15. Tea
Traditional tea made of five kinds of herbal medicines, which is enjoyed at temples

16. Yugwa (oil and honey pastry)
Traditional Korean pastry baked with a paste prepared by mixing sticky rice, mugwort and beans

The type of wine is subject to change according to seasonal change

It is known that foods at temples are prepared without adding five hot seasonings, but the foods at Sanchon are cooked with the five hot seasonings for the general public.
